Lemons or Lemonade is an independent Canadian website providing perimenopause information and resources for Canadian women. Our website address is https://lemonsorlemonade.com. You can reach us at laura@lemonsorlemonade.com with any privacy-related questions or requests.
What information we collect and why
Email address and first name. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your first name and email address through our email service provider, MailerLite. We use this information solely to send you updates, new articles, and occasional relevant content. We do not sell, rent or share your email list data with third parties. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email we send you. MailerLite’s privacy policy is available at mailerlite.com/legal/privacy-policy.
Contact form submissions. If you reach out through the Your Voice contact form, your name, email address, and message are sent directly to us via SureForms and delivered to our email. We use this information only to respond to your inquiry or submission. We do not store contact form data beyond what arrives in our inbox.
Website analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site. Google Analytics collects information such as how you arrived at the site, which pages you visited, and how long you stayed. This data is aggregated and anonymous. It does not identify you personally. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Google’s privacy policy is available at policies.google.com/privacy.
Cookies
Lemons or Lemonade does not use cookies to track or identify individual visitors beyond what is set automatically by WordPress for basic site functionality. Google Analytics uses its own cookies to collect aggregated usage data as described above. You can control cookie settings through your browser preferences.
